Managed Aircraft Opportunity

As an Investor, you would purchase a Cessna 172, Piper Arrow, Piper Seminole or similar aircraft for use in our daily flight training operations. We take care of all maintenance and management of the aircraft in exchange for a management fee while you get the majority of the revenue generated by the rental of the aircraft. You may also be eligible for favorable tax benefits

We can also help you buy the right aircraft to maximize your ROI since we have an NAAA Senior Certified Aircraft Appraiser on staff.

Current aircraft owners: If you already own a training aircraft that is not getting enough flight time, we can help you generate some revenue by putting it under our management program. We offer exceptional maintenance so your aircraft will be maintained to the highest standards.
